Fire Rated Walls
In addition to our expertise in working with temperature controlled and hygienic environments such as food processing facilities, our personnel have also experience in fire rated walls and partitioning/compartmentalisation systems. From 30-minute to four-hour fire rated walls, they are suitable for installation in cold stores, distribution centres, food and meat processing and commercial facilities.
This form of fire rated wall installation is a cost effective alternative, to block work and jumbo stud fire walls. Along with being faster to install, they are also cleaner to install, as no wet trades are involved, no scaffolding or any other form of access platforms required for the installation. They are also more aesthetically pleasing due to range of panel colours and finishes available.
Fire rated walls of this style are also completely demountable; and they provide enhanced flexibility for subsequent re-design or re-positioning, repair and maintenance of this style of firewall is faster, cleaner and more easily completed, than that of traditional methods.
In terms of size, there are no limits; they are equally applicable to smaller facilities or at larger premises.
